Doodle Cube was started in 2009 by local designer Kent Huang. The design of the characters started out as a fun project for a friend’s daughter’s birthday party. Adults and kids were ecstatic over the stuff and thus Doodle Cube was born as a side business. With over 100 characters created and many more to come, the characters are being released in series and packaged sets. All the items are handmade to order and packaged by Kent himself.

Kent Huang graduated from San Jose State University with a BS Graphic Design degree, and has taught art/design to children and adult from kindergarten to university levels. He has also won several local and international design competitions. One of the most down to earth guy, Kent volunteers his time in helping students and the community. On his spare time, he makes creative cakes and cake pops (cake lollipops) for fun and to share.
